Cbd strains

I am more of a recreational smoker, I like to have my mind bent just a bit :) however it does help with my anxiety, I have completely got off Xanax since I started smoking again...had an 18 year break. Anyway my wife has had fibro for years and my weed does help her so I was thinking on a cbd strain for my next grow. So here is my question...since I am after the high would I be disappointed with a high cbd strain?
 
I've started a wish list of strains low in thc, high in cbd. More and more strains becoming available all the time. I know at the seedsman siite, you can search for strains by levels of each. I'd suggest a strain with a medium (as opposed to high) THC, and a high CBD. Should please you both. White Widow and Lemon Haze are two popular choices that fit that category.
 
Hey guys,

I currently have an Industrial Plant Automatic C.B.D by Dinafem on the grow. At 15%C.B.D and 5%T.H.C I really don't know what to expect. I know this plant is a monster, just filled with frosty nugs. A 70 day plant, she seems right on schedule going into week seven. Check out Dinafem's site. According to them 2016 is the year of CBD. They offer a bunch of new strains with a good mix of both active ingredients.
