Can't identify what the issue is with my plant???

I'm new to growing weed and I have come acrossed an issue with my plant. It has two different colors on the leaf one being green and light green spots. I'm not sure if it's magnisuem defiancy or if it's a form of a fungi? Would be most appreciated with the help identifying the issue here a pic of it.

Sorry about that I forgot I posted this issue. Well I was able to figure out my issue and it was air burn, but now I'm having an issue where I've topped my plants and I hope it's due from the stress from topping them that they droope down ward.
