Tell us about your grow. Looks like you're growing in soil. What kind is it? Nutrients? Grow conditions? Temps? Humidity? Watering practices? All of that info is necessary to understand what is happening to your plant.
It doesn't appear that your soil has any aerating medium like perlite in it. I don't currently grow in soil but you do need some aeration in that dirt.

I use pete mixed with soil and rabbit and hen poop. I haven't given it any nutrients yet since it only has 3 weeks. I live in Malta so the temperature is normally sunny however at the moment the weather is a bit cloudy. Malta is also very humid. I also use artificial lightning for the plant. I always check PH when watering. Can you explain what aerating means exactly please ? because I am a beginner.

Careful with the animal poo it can burn your plants if it's given in high amounts.

aeration is just a generic term for a grow medium additive like vermiculite, perlite, and peat moss. These additives make the soil less dense and provide the plants' roots with air pockets. If you're using peat then you might not need anything else. You just want to make sure the soil isn't packed, and the plant has good drainage.
