I am an Australian pensioner suffering from Fibromyalgia. I am keen to try making oil. We have a company named JayCar that markets isopropyl alcohol 99.8%. Isopropyl alcohol is one of the most useful service aids you can have around. It has many of uses such as head cleaning, surface cleaning and prep, contact cleaning, stain removal in the laundry etc. It's also a medical-grade surface disinfectant and is ideal for cleaning your windscreen before you put your new rego label on. Easy to use pump pack spray bottle & dries quickly.
Would this be suitable to use as an oil solvent?

Yes you can make "qwiso" with it. there are many videos and ways of doing it. just youtube it.

Yes, Iso works as a solvent for cannabinoids. I started with 190 proof ethanol using the quick wash method-it does a good job making oil but it also strips some chlorophyll and it's was a pita sourcing the alcohol. I now just make CCO-just as effective for my pain management and much easier to make. Coconut oil is very available-it's just like brewing tea.
