Can't help unless you give us some kind of info on your grow. Watering practices, ph, nutrition, how often, soil type, ext....
 
They look a bit droopy-perhaps from over-watering.
Did you start them in that tub?
Also, can you give us some info on the grow-soil, lighting, and any nutrients you've added so far?
