I don't have access to those super Soil in my area. I'm outside of USA or EU. But I can get organic compost soil as much as I want without drawing any attention. So all I wanna know I'd can I use compost soil as the medium. If not what are my options? If yes, how can I do it.

yes you can use it they will love it .I would add either Per-lite or Vermiculite ,I like perlite because of the size of it. both will act to loosen the soil and also help maintain moister in it, If you can't get those you could use straw, anything to help keep the soil from compacting ,but be aware that organic material will break down over time so you will have to keep adding to it after each grow, if its real good soil you may only need to get macro nutrients . good luck and keep us posted
