I'm with kingfish, give it plain water for a week and see if she improves.
2 tablespoons of molasses is 30ml, that seems like a lot for a gallon, I only ever do 1tsp/gallon.
These plants will grow with just soil, water, and light. I like to think of nutes as boosters rather than essentials, especially in a soil grow.

From looking at the leaf. Also from reading the list of nutes you been giving her. I make it a point to only give my girls 1/2 of what the label calls for.

I am accualy giving her a lot less than the lable the big bloom calls for 4tables spoons to a 1/4 cup I'm only giving her 1tablespoon that's just why I'm wondering why I have to lower it more????

I'm overly sensitive to insect problems so take this with a grain of salt but.... it could be spider mites or thrips... Go to GWE and read about these two types of insects, look at the pictures and see what you think.

BTB is right with the ratios - but - are you using regular molasses? If so your plant is getting too much sulfur. Organic Blackstrap Molasses is sulfur free (or how we commonwealth people spell it Sulphur).
