It’s a white milky color, doesn’t wipe away dry but does wipe away wet but comes back when it dries. I thought it might be a dried spot of the mammoth spray. I looked on the help page and couldn’t find anything. Any ideas?

Looks like overspray. Keep an eye on surrounding leaves to see if it spreads.
A good thing to do is look on the underside of the leaf. If you see damage there, it might be another issue.
Real healthy leaves, otherwise.
