Calcium deficiency?

What does this look like to you guys?

I have had MAJOR Calcium deficiency before, and it did not look like that lets ask Green.

If it isn't a calcium deficiency I suspect a salt build up. All my other plants run off ppms are under 500 and this one plants run off water ppms are nearly at 1000
