Got off early today, so I have some time to work with my girl. Just want to show you guys my carbon filter & extraction fan set up.
I have a 2x2x4 grow tent, with a 2 1/2 foot tall and 2 1/2 foot (diameter) plant so space is CRAMPED. I seriously underestimated the size of the extraction fan and ran into a big problem setting it up. I could just fit everything into the tent, but there was literally no space for even a camera to take pictures. Instead, I ended up mounting my 230 extraction fan to the wall outside the tent, with my 4 inch filter inside the tent, ofcourse with ducting in between. I clamped down both ends and used painters tape to secure any leaks. Tied up all other access holes on the tent aside from the screen at the bottom of the tent (to pull in air).
A day later, there is no smell even when I open the tent and best of all you can't hear it when you exit the room. Tell me your thoughts and opinions if you have any guys. This is my first time ever using a filter bundle. 😌
