Butane explosion shows dangers of hash oil labs

"It's a dangerous operation that detectives think is happening, really, in secret all across our city." A hash oil lab on every block! Are you scared for your lives yet?! And they're looking at regulating or even outlawing butane refills? It's brilliant thinking like that that forces me to show an ID to buy cold medicine.
