Burnt leaves

Please help.
Got a outdoor setup,5 weeks veg. Just transplanted.
Been using general hydroponics every other water for the last 3 weeks.

My plants have been looking fantastic until 3 days ago.
Leaves are looking burnt .Not sure if a bird pissed on them .It was also round the time i transplanted them and fed nutrients the day before transplanting. Been using a 5 litre container and finding it difficult to get nutrient ratio right with a half teaspoon. Need a syringe to measure exactly.

please could someone tell me if this is nut burn ,transplant issues,"bird piss", or deficiency problems etc.

Nice looking plant Shaun, they have good color.
it could be burnt spots from water/bird piss but the second picture looks to be a Ph or root issue. Since you just transplanted it could the source of the spots, I would recommend to double check your PH and just watch that it does not spread for now.
you can ask any Pharmacy for a syringe to administer oral medicine they will usually just give you one.
