HELP! Burned leaves

Hi a first time grower here. First it was one and now both of the first leaves look dried out on Sonja and on Marija they look a little bit pale. Is it a problem and if so does anyone know how can i help them?

they look great, just make sure they dont dry out now that theyre so small
