Burn the top leaf

SmileyLeaves

Hey guys I have a question I start my second growth in soil and I do not have pH down so I'd use lime drops to balance my pH. The leaves shows burn so I change it to a acidifre which contains second nutrients, to lower it pH
1 of the plants gave me 3rd set of leaves but the 2nd plant looks like it been stuned the growth. I'm growing with CFL lights four of them are white two of them are yellowish. No I took out two white lights so I'm having to lights yellowish and two lights White they give 100 watts each of them.
I'm still not giving any remaining nutrients because they are in second week but as I said I start using acidifire to lower pH which contains secondary nutrients.
any thoughts or suggestions would be more than welcome and appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Morning Smiley, if that was my plant ,I would give her a good flush, then let your soil dry Completely, before giving her any kind of nutrients, then only very small amounts, Good Luck SL.

I have used a capful of good old fashioned white distilled vinegar to lower my pH. Don't want to use too much (like the water should not smell like a jar if pickles)...a little works in a pinch with no additional nutes.

I disagree with everything I read here.. Sorry.. mean no offense

You say soil...exactly what is your medium.. Does not look like "soil " I would adjust ph to 6.. The brown on the leaves is bad ph not nutrient burn

The larger yellow leaves should not be yellow.. if you had nutrient burn.. They would be green with yellow tips and brown point.. The plant is feeding off itself due to no npk
mainly N
.. I would feed them asap..!!

Your cotyledons have turned yellow.. Way too early for that to happen..that means plant is feeding off cotyledons a well as the other yellow leaves

The leaves that are green are very light in color.. Should be a healthy darker green... If no Npk soon they will yellow as well...!!

You need to invest in actual ph up and ph down and discontinue using the acidifire... It's for plants that like acidic medium/water.. cannabis is not one of them..
What your calling second nutrients is just that. Secondary.. You need the Npk first and foremost.. Usually bottle nutes have plenty of your "secondary" nutes that you don't need to add any of them except the magnesium..

So that said.. Mix up some main nutrients and feed those ladies from day two of life..

Also buy some calmag.. You will need it

Do what you will with this info... I'm just sharing my pudding..

Best of luck

Soil name is TH1 here on Caribbeans for weed very famous and about nutrients. should I wait soil to get dry or should I start feeding them 1/4 straight away?

You keep saying soil.. What is it made of.. Looks like a coco base of some kind.. if so it's not soil... Keep ph at 6

Yes feed them now.. The percentage is up to you.. I'd start big then decrease when called for

No need too wait till week three... Week three you should have a nice size plant.. Way late

Its peat moss perlite mix w potting soil. And everytime i'd adjust pH between 6-7. I think is burn coz acidity of lime juice. Coz as Id said no nute been added, only water pH-ed w lime juice and after with acidifire. Should I flush them or just add nute?

On another topic... my water is 9pH but run off is 6.0pH
Should I still adjust pH on 6.2-6.8 or its ok like this until run off rises?

Hey Smiley, I'm sorry as I can be for taking so long to reply, my phone wouldn't take a charge, it kept saying charge, charge, charge,,but I had it plugged in an it wouldn't take a damn charge, I had to go get another cord to charge it with mine was broken.
Anyway I don't know what you have been doing to your plant, but she sure looks better than the first picture, should be a little larger though I think. But yes as long as you are giving her the proper phed water it will work.I believe I would give her about 1 quarter strength nutrients if she was mine, then after she is growing pretty good I would increase the nutrients, but she is not mine ,
I would also use very little water when you water her, they don't use much water when the are young. Sorry for taking so long to reply.
