Bumpy Leafs

I just noticed that a few of my fan leafs have developed some very small bumps on them. Is this normal? Posted a picture but it is a bit hard to see

Light might be too close.

I am 23” with a LED that consumes around 400 watts of power, think I should move it up a bit?

Check your manufacturers specs

1) what stage is your grow ? 2) what leaves are they? The larger leaves seem to have a slight deficiency and if the smaller leaves are sugar leaves it would be the start of tricones. A better picture in normal light works best.
