Bumps on stem. I need advice.

Im at my second growth and my first in dwc.
My plants looks fine in my opinion but there are some white spots or bumps on the lower side of the main stem and lower branches. Should i worry about them? I uploaded some pics.

I had some ph problems 3 weeks ago but now its all fine

Those bumps will make new roots if covered with soil, they are root starts.

Look like lenticels. Perfectly normal. Used for gas exchange by the plant. Carry on.
