nono from what I have read in other places, it looks like flying ants aren't harmful to your plant. Probably just hanging out there. If you are concerned, I would suggest using some neem oil concentrate. Instructions can be found on the bottle. read it acouple time nothingabout flying ants but i did spray it with neem oil and fruit insectide
