Howdy Lonnielmb72, I do not know what those are, possibly egg cases, or maybe, the larval or mature bug inside. I had an infestation of a similar looking bog. It had light green growths instead of dark brown. I treated them with Azamax added directly into the reservoir and then applied it in a foliar spray directly on them. It took several days, but they eventually cleared up. I now practice regular doses in the reservoirs about every other reservoir change, or when any signs of critters appear.
