Buds not filling out

I am a new grower. I am growing Nothern Lights, auto fem, hydroponically. 600W LED. Using the micro, flora bloom and veg nutrients. Hydroguard. I have grown a beautiful plant and have a lot of small buds at each branch but no large buds. I have no problems on the leaves, they are lovely and dark green. I am in my 12th week. I am using an 18-6 light schedule. My hydo nutrient schedule calls for plain ph'd water at this stage. Should I switch to plain water even though my buds have not filled in? Should I change my light schedule? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Your buds are not ready and look to have some more time so I would suggest extending your 12th week feeding a little longer.
