SOIL Buds are small at harvest

strain gorilla bomb, just harvest a second grow with that strain, buds are always small, could it be my 2- led grow light 1000w each, I'm lost here , could anyone know why my buds a so small, very frustrating, I use blackstrap mollases, cal-mag and big bud for weeks 10-15, thankyou

I’m guessing your 1000w LED’s don’t pull 1000w from the wall? And it’s blue-purple color.
I would say, get a better light! Probably issues with plant training and spacing as well. Just a guess with the limited information provided. I would start there first.

How small is small? Pics? Could be the strain but more likely your environment or not getting enough nutes.

Yes, our buds are small too - all indica heavy but I thought it was the temp. since it's colder right now. We're going to add a light on our next grow.

Could be genetics, or (& I just learned this lesson)- if you leave too many tiny budsites too low to git light they will pull vital growth energy away from the buds that wouldve have a chance to flourish.

Yep. Only keep the buds you want kind of thing. More is less sometimes when you keep it all plant works too hard.

Did research, I'm getting a hps 600w vented, and yes the excess heat will be taken care off

Nice. I supplement mine with t5 UV bulbs. Really enhances the spectrum and gives great quality buds.

I think what JDU says makes sense to me. There are a lot of flowers underneath that I've been trying to cut the shadowing leaves from so they can get light but it's a never ending job.

LST can solve a lot of these issues. The HPS will definitely get you bigger buds, bud I think if you tried out some different training techniques you could save yourself some money.

I just experimented on my 3rd Grow, and am having great success. The week before flower I stripped all but the top three bud sites on each branch. I trained it so all 32 bud sites/branches/nodes flowering are perfectly even in height. Now there’s even amounts of energy going to each branch, and all sites are getting plenty of light. All of the buds are the exact same size so far.
