Hey all!
Despite having a devastating infection hit my plants they have produced decent bud. All things considered. In desperation I sprayed garden safe fungicide3 in flower. Two treatments. Saturating the leaves, buds, stems and soil. The last treatment 15 days ago.
In between I used diatomaceous earth. 10% alcohol H20 solution several times.
Here are the buds after washing in Backing soda and lemon juice. In warm water. One rinse in cold water. ( I only washed the three branches.) So no need for a third rinse bucket
I think the key is to shake every drop off the bud. (I spent 3-5 minutes shaking water off)
Also my RH is between 45 -50 % thanks to a dehumidifier. Hung up to dry just like any other branch.
I have noticed zero change in taste, smell, and potency.
