Bud rot??!!??!!

In your opinions have I ran into a case of bud rot? These are super dense buds and the last plant of the same strain after I dried it I had ran into a small amount of white mold like stuff. So I have broken this plants main cola(where i ran into the previous mold) down into nugs and as i have done so i have found d this. Is this just underdeveloped budding from the density of the cola? I'm afraid it might be the start or bud rot.

Hard to view but to me they look bleached like to close to the light

I agree that it does not look like bud rot.
I had some very large buds, and when I broke them they appeared whitish as if no light. Makes sense to me.
