HELP! Bud Rot or Not?

The first 2 pics are the buds I'm concerned about ... sugar leaves around the buds are dying & the buds are brittle & crumbly & have a different look than the rest of the buds, which I've shown in the third pic. What do y'all think? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Sup MissyB! Hey im no professional by any means but i would have to go ahead and assume that this is a case of bud rot. If those are the only 2 you could clip them off with some sanitized shears or scissors. Just saying cause itll spread. Theres some sprays you can by as well. I think like copper spray or sulfer. Just Google it if you have access. But otherwise i would assume your right and would cut those off quick.

I'm a rogue gardener & can't tell by the pics but it does sound like bud rot. I just had some & I noticed the sugar leaves pulled out without effort, it worked from the inside out. I cut it off & kept a close eye on the plant. good luck
