Hi guys, could anyone please tell me why my buds keep going light and fluffy when ive dried them please.. What am i doing wrong?😰😰

Hey Barry2067, that's a damn good question ,I wish i knew, must be genes got alot to do with it, I reckon if you dried them right.
Mine ain't all airy, just some, some hard as a rock, like the kind we grow outdoors, but I ain't been growing indoors to long, so I don't know wtf, is going on, with them buds sometimes.
Maybe some plant professor will see your post, an tell us all about it, but I can tell you our outdoor grows got dense, sticky, hard ass, buds. Can't say that about all my indoor grows though, but it still gets us high as hell, even being airy.

Why worry about looks?
I would think that looks are only important when selling buds. I grow outdoors in very high heat. I have given up on looks. Some of my best buds are just plain gnarly looking. I think airy buds get more trichs on the inside.

Any pics? The most common reason is early harvest. If you want the look of garbage club bud, you'll need to vacuum sealed it about 3 days into your dry. My buddy used to ask me about why my buds didn't look like the clubs all the time. After digging and asking around, most minipulate the buds with a day or so of vacuum sealing. After I tried that, he was all kinds of impressed when he saw them. I told him what happened, he had a look like someone punched his baby. He had been lied to for years.
