Bubblicious seedling

​ Can you please tell me if this seedling looks okay? I planted it on Dec 6 into a 5 gallon fabric pot. I’m trying not to over water it and only give it a small amount every other day. Do you think that by now it should have grown more or does it look okay to you? Thank you!!!
