Bubble hash, water, bud rot

Hey. Me again. More about bubble hash.

I mentioned in my septoria post I had found some bud rot. Will that affect the hash? And, is one type of water better than another? Machine? Bottled? Distilled?

I doubt that the water is going to make much of a difference. I have only seen it done using water from the tap through a spray attachment.
