It looks like your plant is lacking PK (phosphorous/Potassium) This could be caused by not enough being available in your nutrients, or they are in the nutrients and the plant can't take them up.
If your PH is good in the root zone, a PK boost should help a lot.
This leaf and others that look like it will NOT recover. They will continue wither and die. No problem, just keep the new leaves healthy.

Agree with Flock here. Keep your eye on the newer growth. This will tell if you havethe environment ballanced.
