Extreme closeup. Third picture. Just left of center. I see at least two things going on.
The little spots are from bugs. Look to the underside of the leaves with at least a magnifying glass. Give the area a good hand shake over something you can see if bugs drop off. They seem more like muncher holes than sap sucker holes.
The larger splotches don't quite look like progressive little spots. That looks fungal rather than animal. Without knowing what's causing the little spots, it's hard to tell if that's what's causing the larger splotches.
Have you gotten up close and personal with the buds?
Around the forum, spraying anything in flowering is taboo for the residue it might leave.
Around the forum, we also heavily refer back to the articles on the main website. So, to be fair, this was posted a few months ago.

I agree with DD bugs are the worst and can do some serious damage. A potassium deficiency will do that too but it may not mean you need to give them more it could be calcium blocking it or PH issues. When I see that i start with DD's suggestion but I cut off the leaves with brown and look under them. Make adjustments as I think are needed and watch the new growth

What are you growing it in?
What are you feeding it? EC & pH please
Looks like you have more than one thing going on but definitely a calcium deficiency is one of them.
