Brown splotches

Hey everyone. Need a little help. I’m growing in DWC. I have some new seedlings. About 2 weeks old. I have been hand watering until the roots hit the Rez. I’m using the GH flora trio series at 1/4 strength with GH rapid start and hydroguard with water pHed to 5.9-6.0. I am using a 650w Perfect Sun Black Diamond LED that is about 4’ above the plants. I noticed some brown splotches on one of the two plants and have included pics. I also filled my Rez 4 days ago and the pH has risen from 5.9 to 7.0 in that time. There are no roots in the nutrient solution yet. This is my 7th or 8th grow and I have never experienced this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you are using a TDS meter along with your expensive Ph tool?
a TDS will make life a lot easier? ..consider

IMO/ dump the rez wash everything, balls and all in clean ph'ed water
I'd soak the plant overnight in a jar of water to clean the roots of nute
and replant in the balls in the morning

no nutes for 7 days or until you see some action

Be careful not to splash any of the nutrient water on the leaves, it could burn them if left there to bake under the light. No need to pull everything out, you can simply hand water to flush with plain pHed water if you needed to. Pictures would be better in natural light because sometimes it's hard to really see what going on. What kind of water are you using? Tap, RO? The plant diagnosis/symptom section on the GWE is pretty helpful, I've also seen a cannabis leaf symptom chart somewhere on the internet that is very detailed with good illustrations, try Google image search. Maybe try adding a Cal/Mag supplement, looks like it could be an issue but again hard to say with the blurple pictures.
