Hello everyone, I have been growing successfully now for five years thanks to this amazing group! It now seems I am only going through the motions and have become bored, I have resorted to growing mystery seeds with complete success! is there anything
else I can do to bring the spark back to growing? I always have 2 tents operating, one for a nursery and one for the Bloom phase! I believe that’s a version of perpetual growth? Any thoughts or ideas will be very much appreciated! Thanks
ps I even tried growing outside last year and ended up with 6ft monsters and amazing yields! I would love to share the pics if anyone’s interested?

Might I suggest switching your style of grow?
I recently ran a hydro bin and loved it. Though I'll be going back to organic soil for a grow or two after this, I will be researching and perfecting my equipment to do DWC again in the future. I'd say that it definitely spiced things up for a little change and was a wonderful learning experience.
 
Hi, is it an expensive switch? And how much of my original equipment will I be able to use? Thanks for the idea, the hamster is on the wheel slowly spinning! Lol
 
You can do interesting things with LST such as making the plant grow in a spiral or a double helix. You can do double toppings and such.

I have always been interested in LST but for some reason I stayed away from it, so maybe that would be a good challenge that’s a great idea! i’ve always been afraid of killing the plant. Now I can research it here and be on my way. Thanks
 
going from a 6.5 ft tent to a smurf tent has been many things but boring is not one...It has been a learning curve, new smurf tent with the issues that come with it...not to mention the growing style...manifolding was great and it kept very tall sativa manageable, but this new smurf tent in the crawl requires very low and flat plants...so yes LST and or SC should keep your interest if you want to change your grow method.
