I want to keep my shed more or less a sealed unit ...I don't want to exhaust the air outside because the intake has to be from outside an I struggled with temps last winter but I don't think my ac will work thru the winter.. chances are there gonna freeze right..? At least I'm thinking so.. well. It's gonna be 20 today so will find out i guess..

Ok so I'm trying to keep my shed sealed an not hook my exhaust fans up, well there hooked up but just scrubbing an circulating air, an last night it got down to freezing with the wind chill an the window units didn't freeze, don't Kno how long that will last but will see I guess, an I didn't realize it was gonna be that cold an forgot to put a heater in there just in case for when the lights went off, but when I went to check on them when I got home from work it was like 90 in there!!! I Kno they give off heat but DAMNNNN. I might not even need a heater in there,
Well I forgot to put a heater in there an had the AC set on the timer to go off with the lights, so I rushed home when I got off an it was 87; in there just from the heat they give off!!couldn't believe it.., an every once in a while on the thermometer it would spike that high an it doesn't get over 78 lights on lol

Ok so went out to check on the girls at 230am an the AC was a block of ice damn near so had to hook up the exhaust ... Temps stayed at about 76 so not to bad.. had to throw the fan on the timer till the ductstat comes..(pretty much a thermostat u plug ur fan into an set the temp u want the fan to kick on at, only 20 bucks on amazon
All is well an fattening up nice the big ogk is yellowing pretty bad an not sure y, thinking may have been from the intense light from the cob, but it did this last time 2, it's pH is fine, idk..any ideas? This one is about 10 -12 days ahead of the others, so all are 31days the ogk is 41-45 days, maybe just is a shorter flowering time?

Hey 227 ,that duckstat sounds good. Looks way to early for that much yellowing, don't you think 227.
My last one, even the stalk turned yellow, but she was in KindSoil an expected to turn yellow.

Yea I thought it was way to early also I can't figure out y, the rest of them are fine.. ?? She's got me stumped.. she did the same thing last time also, but figured it was just more sensitive to heat an beings the hospital was keeping it pretty warm all the time figured it was that. But temps are significantly lower now so I'm not sure..

That's exactly what it might be is the temps have got her confused.
But you also might want to start adding a little extra nutrients to see if that also helps slow down the yellowing. When you harvest her I'll bet you good money she is the smoothest, sweetest tasting plant yet.

hey there everyone. I just read thru this and was really intrigued by the praying mantis. i've got a problem with fruit flies/gnats and found an old wive's tale and it works! take a small jar or cocktail glass, put about 1/4" of apple cider vinegar and a few drops of simple dish soap. put it where there seems to be a lot of the critters and then just watch. they are drawn to the apple cider vinegar like a moth to a flame. then they just can't help themselves, they go for a drink and then just float to the bottom. in just 8 hours i had cleared my room of critters and the bottom of my jar was speckled with dead little bugs!!
Hope so, an yea acctually the last time I fed her a I added a small amount of grow nutes for a little extra nitrogen ,she may be a heavy feeder.. I'm up to the recommended dose of 30 more, an still haven't gotten a burnt tip or nothing on any of them.. may up this ones feeding a bit ..
How far away is your light? Is it possible to raise it up a few inches to see if that helps stop the yellowing? I know I got quite of bit of early yellowing on my canopy when I kept my LED too close. These plants may be sensitive to the high light levels.
It was. About a foot n a half from the 630an about 2ft from the cob.. is supposed to be a high bay light so I have it pretty far away but just there for extra light along with a little mars reflector 96 on the other side just for side lighting, so I moved her over under the little green mars by herself because the rest of the girls love the light. I had 3 LEDs in the tent an the 630 an the 315 in the bigger room originally but had to put the 315 in the tent an the 2 other LEDs in the room because the black 700 more of the LEDs burned out...like alot of them an just didn't seem like enough light for what was in there..
