I'm kinda sad, though. I was hoping you'd train him to do tricks and stand on a little ball or something.

Dont get me wrong he was cool as shit.. he was hangin upside down off my clip fan lol wish i had my phone on me to get the pic... he would hang off my fab pots with his back legs an stretch out stomach up arms fully extended like a branch lol he was def cool, i just didnt want him to die.. maybe he will hunt around my shed an gettem before they come in lol.. yea i wanna replace those leds soon, there just some old mars leds a buddy let me use, its a reflector an a 700 its about 500 true watts.. maybe a little more.. would love to get another cmh for in there.. need to get a good mh bulb too for the big room, i dropped an broke it after i vegged the last set an was putting in the hps bulb an never got a new one.. the girls were stretching a bit so i moved it down a little closer.. however a couple leaves are curling up like its from heat stress.. or maybe wind dmg.. not sure its closest to the fan not really the closest to the light tho... so i dunno.. its like 4-5 leaves total on the 2 next to the fan.. so im guessin thats what it is.. its in one of my previous posts u can see the minor dmg.

I have consistently seen the fan do weird things to leaves if it's trained directly on them and too close. So I point mine up just to circulate air more gently through the box.

Hey, I'm really delighted that you put him outside where he belongs, especially if he ate up all your bugs!! They are amazing insects.

Hell yea he destroyed them all in just days.. granted there wasnt many but still leafhoppers here an there an them nasty mealy bugs.. but since i put him in there.. nothing.. not even ants or little spiders running thru lol so yea i figures ge was getti. Low on food lol i wouldnt say the fans directly on it but tjeres ALOT of air moving.. i have an 8inch inline fan scrubbin an recircing the air an a 8 inch box fan hanging from a rope ratchet an another 8 inch oscillating fan on tje floor blowing air under the canopy lvl.. an just tje 2 closest to the one on the floor are doing it but only a couple leaves.. so i tirned that fan down to low an aimed it at the wall instead of oscillating.. so see if that helps i guess

alltatup , have u Seen the orchid mantis.. thing is wild when it flips upside down looks just like a famn flower!! An a update on the girls this is the 3 that are stayin in the tent with the leds.. gonna let them recover a few more days from there topping/fim defo lol then gonna flip, added the one i kinda manifolded.. just kinda wung it.. but the branches are all pretty symetrical an the sam size so think i got it somewhat right lol, still have the 4 in the tent in 1 gallon pots an a few clones im gonna try an throw outside to get somethin outta them if my biddy doesnt end up takin them.. i started to many again lol an there all fems lol oh boy what to do what to do lol anyways heres some pics the 3 little girls on the same drain tray are ogk clones of the big monster one in the back right of the tent the other little clones are kushberry clones from the big one in the back left of the tent an the manifolded one is an ogk also, the ogk were bagseed but 2 of 3 were female an they are some vigorus growers most others in the hps room in the bigger pots are clones i monster cropped fro. My last run cause i like the genetics theres 2 kb 1 critical sensi star a strawberry blue an some reg kb clones

And I just have to add: your grow room makes me feel soooooo limited by my grow boxes!!! You will be drowning in buds: I can't think of a better way to go.

Well long as everything goes as planned an no off the wall crazyness happens again lol last time thwy started revegging or something then the bugs.. sucks ti have the room an the plants then stuff goes to shiy an it was all for nothin

Yes, but you know what caused the revegging, or am I getting your grow confused with someone else's? Shoot, we all lose plants: it's gotta be part of the learning process. That's how we learn to keep our eyes peeled for pollen sacs and bugs!!!

Oh, ok, someone else went away for a while and his plants totally dried out and revegged. It wasn't overly hot in there? You didn't flower them too long? There had to be some source of STRESS that caused that survival mechanism to click in. These plants aren't stupid, you know...

It never got hotter then 85 an tjat was unusual.. usually stays between 79 -81.. i went in tje room an closed the door with the lights on in yje other room to check for light leaks an nothin.. only thing was them damned bugs but tjere wasnt all that many so.. not sure.. my mind is boggled

Have you tried any of the GWE recommended sprays for insects? I've got Neem concentrate and SM-90 at home just in case. AND a bag of gnatrol because I already had a little bout of gnats.

Yea, i have neem an gnatrol an azatrol azmaxx an someother stuff but was scared to use it cause i was 6 weeks into flower,, i did mix up some rubbing alcohol an soap its supposed to weaken therw shell so the soap can killem.. but didnt do shit, was mealy bugs an the other starship trooper bugs lol i think the o e is the earlier form cause they both have then hairy tails i thought i got rid of them an bleached down the big room then moved theones vegging into the bigger room then wiped out the tent an put some back, chexked every plant with a fine toothed comb.. nothing.. thats why they lool so bare cause i trimmed alot off so it was easier to see...then they started comin back so i said here is the mantis an he decimated them all lol i put him in my garden where there is a crap ton of bugs i cant get rid of lol maybe he can.. he will prolly be fat next time i see him lol

Is it safe to use alcohol on buds? I wonder about that. I know that some of the products are safe to use during flower and some aren't. I'd have to go back and re-read, I don't remember which...

I didnt use it on the buds.. i forgot i sprayed my garden like that i acctually took alchoholan rubbed the white crap off the stems an smushed the bugs, the i mistes it with just soap an water. I did every plant like that..

Alcohol will wipe the trichs right off the bud i believe.. i think thats y i didnt spray them.. cause when u make qwiso hash with trimmings an what not u wash it with rubbing alcohol to get the trichs off

Yup wiped right off, thats y i cut them a little early cause every day there was more an more white shit an didnt want them to infest the buds.. so i chopped the. A lil early but was about 30 % amber whe. I cut it
