Black gunk on leaves

Not sure how to go about this as it’s my first post, but looking To figure this out.

I’m about 4 weeks into my grow and the other day I noticed some slight yellowing on one plant. I figured maybe nute burn, very possibly still the case and not connected to this issue, but when I started to take a closer look I noticed this black residue under some of the leaves. If you can scrape some off it’s sticky enough to roll into a ball.

Its Only on the one plant and there’s no signs of bugs that I can see. I did a bunch of googling and can’t seem to figure it out. I cut off as many leaves as I was willing to sacrifice but not sure what else to do.

Plant in question is cream caramel in promix HP and organic potting soil.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have seen this on an outdoor plant a while ago and simply tossed it out never realizing what it might be but I have got to take a stab at this and suggest maybe a form of mildew or mold. What is the humidity level in the space?

This has got to be it right? The picture is bang on. But I just spent another 30 minutes looking with a 60x lens and I can’t find a trace of a bug anywhere. Is there anything else that could cause it or am I just that clueless as to what I’m looking for?
 
I think I would spray it with Captain Jacks Dead Bug, Spinosad, or put a handful of ladybugs on her. The ladybugs would be the best, they will search out and eat all those bugs.
 
I would not call it an infestation, but a blessing! If you can just set the plant where the ladybugs can get to them, they will enjoy the lunch!
