Big Bazooka, Final Week! (And something odd!)

So, according to Paul, harvest should be on 9/1. I'm gonna pick a little bud tomorrow to examine. How bout that one bud with the pineapple growing out of the top! What is that? Looks cool, I wanna smoke it! Anybody ever seen that before?

The "pineapple" is the bud fox tailing. Some strains have a genetic tendency do do this and sometimes it's associated with heat stress. I would think that if it was a heat issue only the topmost buds would be affected but it looks like yours is doing it across the entire plant. Bazooka is well known for being a serious THC monster. How cool that looks it does look like a tiny pineapple. And she looks prime for chopping excellent in my book

SoOrbudgal Trichome check. My ol buddy mr furley told me to do this years ago. Pick a lower bud, put it in a glass under natural sunlight and set phone on top of glass. Anyway, I don't see any amber yet, mostly clear. Still 4 days till 55, so I'm not surprised. Just wanted opinions from veterans.

Yep he is one of the best growers/mentors an he is correct in my book with trichome checking. I sure learned alot from him. I am an was still old school by just looking at the buds an hairs but doing the deep bud checks are the way to go forsure.
