Best Soil For Seedlings?

Hello, I'm aware this is very much talked about topic, but I'm having trouble finding a straight answer. So I began my first ever grow with MG organic potting soil and it went horrible, so I don't want to make that mistake again. I was just wondering if there are any pre mixes that won't destroy a seedling. I'm very new at this so I'm not sure if I'm ready to make my own soil. I heard some people say Fox Farm is good, but then some people say it's too hot for a seedling. Any help would be very much appreciated. Here is what my MG grow looks like if anyone is curious:

Most nutrient rich soils are going to be too hot for a seedling. My recommendation is to start the seed in something like a seed starting mix or a starter plug and transplant it after it gets it's first set of true leaves. Seedlings dont like too much nutrients and dont really need it until it grows leaves that can photosynthesize. I personally dont grow (cannabis) in soil so unfortunately i cant give any recommendations on soil type. Another thing you can do is fill half to 3/4 the pot with your nutrient rich soil and top it with either coco/perlite mix or seed starter mix. Since coco is neutral it is perfect for starting seeds and by the time the plant needs nutes the roots will have grown into the soil. I have been using FF soil for a while now with no burning issues, even on my seedlings. From my understanding it's mostly the Ocean Forest blend that does that. I've been using the Ocean Forest and Happy Frog mixed and haven't had any issues at all. I have also never added nutrients because I use living soil in my final pots.
