Best seeds for outdoor grow near equator

Hiya...

I want to grow outdoors in Costa Rica. Everyday daylight hours are the same. 12 hours sun; 12 hours dark. Just want to grow two or three plants. Secure private location. Thank you

I would say choose a hot verity like Thai or Columbia’s gold
panama red.. I’m sure Costa Rica has some good strains that I don’t know off the top of my head

I would go with the strains and varieties that are normally grown in that region. I don’t know if you have any seed sources in Costa Rica yet but that’s what I would do. If you do score a seeds source, I’m sure others would be interested in those genetics. Maybe some trades could be arranged. Welcome to the group!
