Benefits of Black Strap (unsulfered) Molasses

I did my first Flush today on my Pineapple Kush Plant. And I used 1/2 Teaspoon of Unsulphered BSM per gallon of plain water. (Dosage Suggested by Nubula) (I PHed it After adding the Molasses.)

Curious about the suggested benefits about the effects of BSM, I did a Google search on it and stumbled on this excellently written Blog on the stuff:

(I was most curious by the suggestion that you can add it to your soil even Before Planting.)

Interesting read thanks Sledrock. Yes if I have old soil mix still in my pots, I know that the unsulfurated Molasses is safe to reuse and mix with fresh organic soil I make. I see the white strings of decomposing roots when I turn them over in spring. I do it just like in videos lay a tarp down and break up all my used soil pots add new mixes. I change it out after 3 grows put it in my veggie/flower area. But I use 1-2 tablespoons per gal.

SoOrbudgal I plan to double my dosage of BSM with my second flush (1 Full Teaspoon per gallon of water). (And I may pre-condition my 3-gallon Coco pots (Future Grow) with 1 Tsp of BSM and 1 Tsp of Cal-Mag before putting my seeds in the ground) And I'll most likely add BSM to my regular watering schedule, most likely just 1/2 Tsp to start.
I need to figure out a way to 'thin' my BSM before I add if to my jug of water to make sure it Mixes good. I may put the whole bottle in a container of very hot water for a few minutes before I add to my mix? (Don't want to Microwave the bottle as I'm not sure if it would affect the composition of the Molasses? Plus - with my luck - bottle would probably break and piss my wife off. :embarassed:
