Hello all
I got raided on Wednesday night. The pigs took all my set up and my plants. I really upset about that. Now I have to go to court and I will have to wait and see what happens.
So I will not be about for awhile.

No way! I'm very sry to hear tht I wish the best for you. Are u in a legal state? What was there reason for the search warrant?

In my state this guy would be in the darkest, deepest,and hottest hole they could find no bail waiting for trial for years.

I wonder could they extradite you from a locale where cannabis is legal? If the Feds got involved there always is "Interstate flight to avoid prosecution". Apparently Cindy lives in the U.K. I don't believe Britain has a compact law with Colorado so come on over Cindy. You could hike a cross the border from Mexico before Donnie builds his wall. :D:D:D

Sorry to hear this Cindy. What were the circumstances? I’m in the U.K. and getting busted is a constant worry. There are a few firms who specialise in defending cannabis growers here. It might be worth getting in touch with them if you can. How many plants did you have? Any other mitigating circumstances such as a chronic medical condition etc? Best of luck with it.
 
I read the policy the past few years in many UK towns has been to not target personal consumption growers so long as you’re not “blatant.” Still we should push for worldwide legislation. It’s America’s fault for prohibition weed wars.

I thought Cindy lived in the States, maybe not, anyway, i know she's going thru hell, for not doing sh-t, but growing a couple of plants. Gonna cost some cash, which no one likes to spend, especially on lawyers, unless you got a good one.One time I got caught with a bag in my shirt pocket, way a long time ago. My lawyer told me to pay him in deer backstraps, and crappie fillets. That's my kind of lawyer. Aint many like that around no more. lol.
