um, well, you see, Im in my early 50s
parents always had a radio on, so lots of music in my head. mother listened to pop, father listened to country
I was a teenager trying to rebel, it was the 80s (Loud and Obnoxious music ruled)

so yes everything from: A-Ha to ZZ Top (see what I did there )

haha - really funny memory just struck me
would have been late 70s. I was still picking music to irritate my parents (KISS). finally, the one that set Father off was Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd.
he walked into the room and heard "...a little PINK PRICK..." and he hit the roof (yes, Father is a bit of a biggot). yelling about no son of his is going to be gay, etc
LOL - I remember showing him the album liner (had the words on it, in a script font), pointed out it was little PIN PRICK calmed him down, let him go on about his day

glad he never tried to interpret the song

but, as I have aged - my musical tastes are somewhat eclectic. depends on my mood my main playlist has everything from Johnny Cash (Hurt) to Rammstein (Du Hast)

That being said, I have to admit I don't think I've ever listened to a KISS song. I do remember Twisted Sister, though. Wretched mediocrity. This is just my stupid opinion, however, because there's no way to PROVE that Twisted Sister was wretched mediocrity....

LurkingInTheGrass Bauhaus` first album cover nearly finished my mum off, bloke`s bollock naked full frontal-it wasn`t much-the image-but it was just a naked bloke and his todger was there right so she asked me to cover the album so the Pistols went on top Never Mind The Bollocks-she gave up at that point. Bizarrely, if it had been the female topless cover of say The Slits I`d doubt it would`ve raised an eyebrow. Ah, double standards

alas, I did not meet Bauhaus until the 90s, working in a Bar, the DJ introduced me to the wide world of music)

Now, he was an odd duck from head to toe. 6'3, skinny like a pole, huge mop of dyed orangey-red hair, eye liner, often colored contact lenses, smart like you wouldn't believe (Biology degree, at the time, the only jobs he could get in his field (brain mapping) all lead to animal testing (wires in brains) - so, he went back to school and was working on his second degree in Computer Science, working as a DJ (not the rapping kind, just the crowd reading, music playing kind)

Looking good. I ran a Peyote Cookie last year during my indoor grow. Robust growth and yielded almost 8 oz of dried/trimmed flower. I ended up using most of it for my edibles-very effective meds for pain management.

Bad Azz has got to the rough height I want so I topped her Pic 1 & removed a lot apart from one lower node growth in case I decapitate this lass Pic 2...getting ready to start training her in 10l for a short while til I upgrade her into a 20l..Looks like stone head giggles are good for you then

Well, anyone who has ever followed any of my grows here will know that I can cause unintentional damage and destruction. On that basis and the fact that I have stubby fingers means I have to get creative. Also, I like mucking around rigging shit up. Used to be the same with martial arts equipment funnily enough, made all kinds of things to help with speed, strength and endurance. My old knees ache just remembering. So, girls are taller than my usual metal restrainers. To overcome this I`d put straight into a 20litre but my veg tent is pretty full and I need to just keep the grow speeds slow and steady. This means staying in the 10litres which is not an issue. Training manifolding is though. So, rigged this structure up and will use to keep the side grows level til 20l space becomes available which shouldn`t be too long.

Pics 1 & 2 Peyote Cookies...Restrained height of top fan leaves and using orchid clips to train stems to grow laterally using fans as support and structure
Pics 3 & 4 show Bad Azz...lateral growth has been robust and using a skewer just to keep the training going til I re-pot. Coming along fine even though she`s braced up
