Ballast buzz is too loud

Hi all, just in the process of upgrading my CFL kit into a dual spectrum 400W HPS. But The kit I found and bought came with a very loud buzzing ballast.
Would you guys recommend completely replacing the ballast as the noise is too much for my set up especially where it is, or can you give me some advice to reduce the buzzing ? Thanks in advance

I use Solis Tek stuff so far, NO NOISE NO RF trouble. So far, Solis Tek has done a good job and fills my needs 100%

could you set it on something or even put a medium tote over it with hole in it for ventilation with anoughter larger tote over that with holes as well, ballasts tend to get hot so you will have to dissipate it somehow. I would experiment with it before spending a Couple of hundred bucks or euros on it . then go to a go store and listen to new one so when your does break you'll know what to replace it with
