DIY would be cheaper than but a premade fixture. For a two emitters, a driver, a heat sink, a fan, a frame, an optic, and all the little pieces, it'll probably cost you 150-200, maybe 250 to build. The same fixture bought premade would be like, 300-350.

Yeah, these things are pretty much my children. They are vital, critical, to my health. Not just for the medicine they bear. Working on these plants allows me to be in the moment, free from the struggles with my PTSD. It truly is a therapy for me, to care for these beautiful girls.
