HELP! Bacteria on plant

NightShift

New member
I read that Canabis plants naturally have a bacteria, Aspergilis, growing on it which is not usually harmful to people with normal immune systems. I am taking meds that impair my immunity and I’m getting ready to harvest the Grow I started before I became immunosuppressed. Is this a fact or fiction? If it is a fact, how can I safely preserve my harvest until my immune system is restored?

Fact: Aspergillis is everywhere and you breath in spores everyday. Cannabis can harbor the fungus and when you smoke it- direct deposit to the lungs occur.

Here are a couple of options:

Proper drying and curing- https://forum.growweedeasy.com/forum/growing-community/193978-kiss-dry-cure
The above method will allow long term storage.

Have it tested for Aspergillis and other pathogens, after a month or so for immediate use.

Eliminate the lungs by using it in edibles - ie: cannabis coconut oil <-- easy to make in a crockpot.
