Good evening,

I'm growing autoflower plant purple lemonade auto flower germinated 10/19/2023 started by seed in a 3 gallon fabric pot using Foxfarm Ocean Forest potting soil. They are 12" tall and already flowering. They are in a 2 x 4 tent under 2 Mars Hydro TS 1000 lights, 4" exhaust fan, 6 inch clamp fan, water PH is 6.8 the temperature inside my tent is 79.7 degrees. I thought this plant should be taller and start flowering in 2 months

I had an auto that I grew outdoors that only reached about 24". She had one main cola surrounded by about 8-10 smaller ones. Looked kinda weird. Decent weed though.

Most autos should show flower in the first month, and be close to finished in 12ish weeks. It looks like you’re pretty on track. What breeder are the seeds from? Many of the autos I grow stay 18” or so.

Well I thought I would try autoflower but I will go back to photo period plants thank you for your input

I thought they would be bigger per what the seed banks describe online maybe I need to grow more at a time thank you for your input

Seed bank info is always a little inflated/overstated and is typically for plants grown in perfect conditions. (Not knocking what your doing but I doubt many of us, me included, have the perfect setup/environment)

I currently have 7 autos of three strains in my tent all flowering, ranging from 12 to 18 inches tall. This is what a lot of auto's do. Seed banks need to sell seeds and marketing is marketing.

Heights I saw for this train ranged between 70-130cm. You are missing 40-100cm. People are too quick to figure they did something wrong when what they have is probably a healthy but vertically challenged weed. My last auto grow of 4 gave 2 tall girls and 2 that were 12"+/- shorter.
FFOF starts pretty hot and will cool over time. It provides for vegetation, not so much for flowering. If you do not add flowering nutes you will harvest smaller plants.
Also, wait for a flowering stretch. You can double-up in size during this time.

Classic case of underwatering due to 3 gallon fabric pots. Never been a fan of fox farms. Never used it but many friends have and it's inconsistent and hot. Is that Fast buds purple lemonade?
