Autoflower lights

Hi growers.

Have an autoflower that I’ve just planted. Running a new full spectrum light with veg and bloom switch’s. Should I just run both switch’s on from the start?

I don't i just use veg if that's all you got. But i don't use my LED on new seedlings either as you may need to raise it to say 40" else they will suffer. Get a CFL for seedlings.
