Autoflower light schedule

I've been growing my autoflower NL with the light on 24/7. Am about 3 weeks into flowering. Would it be more beneficial to switch to a 16/8? Will that aid the maturing process, or will more light lead to higher yields?

I think with a bit of sleep time they produce more flavor and smell, many use 20/4, some go 18/6. Less lights can mean less buds, good luck!
