Autoflower clones???

Ok so here is a little story bought a plant named Jock Horror. So bought the "autoflower" from nirvana direct, not from seed bank but as I have learned.... Anyway after 8 weeks and no flower and a super skunk auto and think big auto were 2 and 3 weeks into flower and 1 and 2 weeks younger I figured oh they sent me photo instead, however 2 days after taking clones it started flowering it was under 18-6 but now is flowering well in 14-10 with about 3 weeks left. What say you guys? I think I got a photo heavy auto that is some kind of photo heavy plant

I would agree I had a haze auto I planted Dec.15th, I thought it was an Photo so I stuck it in the GH for the summer and it went into bloom those clones will probably go into bloom soon as well .Good luck

Auto's can be cloned- they just behave differently than photo's- as autos respond to plant developmental stages (maturity) and not light schedules.
The fact that you are growing a sativa dominant (longer growth cycle) will give you the best chance for reasonable results.

Flash Seeds (breeder Stitch) has been mentioning their "auto's" are cloneable, due to their extreme rate of growth- for about 5 years now.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFv06kXAuq8 @4:20 talks about clones and reduced light schedules, too

All this talk about cloning autos I just went outside and took one from a WW auto seed from seedman. Took it from bottom node, placed it in rooting hormone then put it in a pellet that I hydrated with water and a drop of some more rooting gel. It's fun to clone this would be great if we could.

I have a strain of auto dark devil I would love to lst them or clone, what you saying is if I train her she will wait to go into bloom, right now they all went into bloom at about 20 days ,I think if I could extend that to 40 day or even 30 it would increase the yield , I have about 10 seeds left

I've no experience with trying to delay flowering.
I took a look at the strain info from the breeder and while it's a fast growing sativa dominant (55%)- they state she is quick to flower.

It should clone well, but I'm unsure if flowering would be delayed and I would take the clone early to take advantage of the quick growth- even if the donor plant may be delayed due to LST etc.

Well I started this thing, so here is a clone update finishing week three. This one is being hardened up to go outside mother is big almost 4 feet. Looks loke Nirvana is still working out this plants genetics.

My thought is you put it (an auto when clipped for cloning) in shock, and while in shock it doesn't seem to age. Just an observation with mine.

My WWauto clone is 2days from taking it from it's "donor mom" way to early to say it worked but it's being babied more than most cuts I've taken from photo period plants.
