atu micro grow

Starting week 4 of 12/12; they have all budded up. The Royal Queen Critical--front left--has surprised me with her stretch and her long internodes; this is definitely a Sativa phenotype! (She's 60% Afghan 40% Skunk). The Bad Azz Kush (Barney's, front right) is the shortest, who certainly could have done with another week or two of veg, but I'm under the time constraint with this grow. It's funny how the two taller plants (Night Queen left rear) are on one side, and the two shorter (Euphoria CBD right rear) are on the other. It's made it easier to expose all bud sites.

I've been pinching the lower growth to keep it from starting for the last couple of weeks, and snipping off a leaf or two per plant as needed. So I didn't do any major trimming/defol at the end of week 3.

You can see in the second pic how much bud room they have right now. It's a small fkn box...

Looking healthy as always atu! Do you think it's the phenos as to the reason they are short on one side and tall on the other side of the box? Probably doesn't have anything to do with lighting arrangement I imagine. In either case, they looking good!

mcubed, there are four different strains in the box, so from what I read up on, I knew that these strains were supposed to be on the short side. I like the differences they show!!

Rounding out wk 5 12/12 and wk 4 flower. The 8ball kush and the euphoria CBD are starting to triche up.

I can't wait to get my next grow started in my Roomie BCNL box, but I gotta wait till June. I'm gonna have surgery, and I keep focusing on the next grow. Not to avoid the fact that I'm having surgery: I'm pretty calm about it; my tinctures are taking excellent care of the bodymindspirit I inhabit. It's part of the ritual, the dance of growing older, and I think I will come out the other side of the surgery being more of a woman warrior, a wicca witch, than before. I have to have the bicuspid aortic I was born with replaced, so in effect, the operation will open up the heart more. Oh well: it is what it is. It's a step in my life.

I'm gonna grow 4 cup winners in June, as soon as I'm able to shuffle about the house, and I'll get my vaping buddy to haul water for me for a coupla weeks. OG Kush and Royal Gorilla by RQS, and NL and Shiva Skunk by Sensi. From all the research that I did, I decided that RQS's version of Gorilla Glue was the one I wanted to try; these "strains" (actually, they are chemovars) are not all the same. One breeder's WW or Jack Herer is not the same as another's, etc. And I concluded that Sensi has the winner with their NL (Genetics: NL #1 x NL #2 x NL #5, old school NL. The Shiva Skunk is NL#5 x Skunk#1: "The original Skunk hybrids fused traditional cultivars from Central and South America, Afghanistan and Thailand."

RQS's OG Kush: it has over 350 reviews on RQS's website. Genetics: Chemdawg x Lemon Thai x Pakistani Kush. I love learning about all the strains, and I love blending buds to make my own hybrids!

Morning Alltatup, such beautiful healthy looking plants, and colors, great super clear pictures too. Have a great day.
