at what point do I put the plants in flower mode

at what point do I move my plants into flower mode and should I make them 18-6 dark?

It will depend on how old the plants is and how much room you have. Photoperiod plants will flower with 12-12 light not 18/6.

you move your plants into flower with light 12 hours on 12 hours off. at least 6 to 8 weeks old
