Are these Things Seeds ?

They look like pollinated buds forming seeds. Since she hermied, im almost 90% positive thats what they are. And shes been in flower for 3 months? Typically flower should last 8-10 weeks max

Yes I would say at 3 months of flower something happened. You've most likely lost the window to harvest any bud at this point. Unless this is a CBD grow. What you have there are fully matured seeds.
IMO Unfortunately this plants is probably a waste for smokeable, high creating buds. It seems this plant hermied, self pollinated and then popped full seeds. All the energy that was suppose to go into budding went to this instead.

Was it a rando seed or a feminized?
If it was random I would base it like this.
If it started showing flowers early then all of a sudden it popped pollen sacs I would say no. It has a predisposition to hermaphroditism. I would toss it all. You could also try to grow the seeds from this but you have to constantly watch for males and hermaphrodites for ever.
If It was feminized and you stressed it hermie.
Then it self pollinated and I would say being a new grower you didnt catch that it did this and it spread. You may still have viable female seeds. But you also run the same risk kind of. You just dont know.
TBH If you've got a good base for growing and you haven't purchased seeds I would buy some feminized and have no doubts.
My first grow was the same as yours. I fully vegged a massive plant for 2 months then I flipped to flower the first two weeks calyx's (buds) started forming then the next day full hermaphrodite. I killed this plant and got rid of everything. This was my practice plant. I then focused my energy into my feminized seeds. where i dont have to worry nearly as much.

It is a Random seed ! Got from south east Asia and from the 12 plants I got six Hermi because I keep 3 plants in each tent.
In this particular tent I purchased a small night fan just gently blow through in the dark tent , not known there was a small blue LED light indicator integrated in the fan ! Kept on at night (Dark) time and ruined these 3 plants.
I swear if my Dad still around, he would arrest me for plant Abuse Even though it’s not my fault !!! For what happened to these 3.
