Yes, they are flowering. Looks to me like the 2ond week of 12/12.

Thanks all for your input. They are actually regular seeds and I did not change the light schedule! I don't know what is going on here....I'll create a separate post about this grow and will add the link here.

You have more than 25 Flowers(BUDS) on one plant. 12/12 day/night is where these need to be. Change to flower nutes.

Well either your timer is screwed up and it's giving them less than 18hrs of light or crappy seeds.
